-All motorized vessels 16' and over shall proceed no closer than 1/4 mile from shore,
(the northern buoys are 1/4 mile from shore) unless to embark, debark or while moored
(anchored) or while passengers are ashore
-All motoized vessels shall proceed no faster than 5 MPH. (1,100 RPM)
